OFFERINGS

  • Therapy For Individuals & Couples

Through sharing your stories, challenges, and life experiences, therapy becomes a ritual space for you to release what isn’t serving you, and connect with your inner wisdom.

I will offer my insight and reflection along the way, supporting you in your process of cultivating meaning, deepening in purpose and improving your relationships with your loved ones and yourself.

  • Breathwork

Breathwork is an active somatic practice that is often experienced as a blend of deep meditation and psychedelic transcendence. The breath is our most intuitive medicine, and as such, has the capacity to move through the body with divine precision to support you in releasing what no longer serves you, and perhaps was never yours to begin with.

Benefits of the practice include trauma resolution, shifts in anxiety and depression, stronger relationships, the cultivation and experience of intuitive gifts and deepening of creative channels, as well as a direct relationship with your authentic self.

  • Clinical Supervision

A resource for new and experienced therapists. If you’re in the healing arts, you know holding space for others can bring up so much in the room and for ourselves. I offer mentorship and consultation in navigating the complexities of facilitating depth psychological work.

Themes include working with complex trauma, specifics related to case consultation and conception, creating energetic boundaries, how to establish a safe container for yourself and your clients, self care and more.

Public and Private Lectures

I’ve had so much fun developing my classes and lectures for Pacifica Graduate Institute on topics like trauma and attachment, human developmental across the lifespan, initiations, and writing as a way of healing — all from a depth psychological perspective.

I’m more than happy to share abbreviated versions of these lectures for groups wanting to deepen their understanding of psychological frameworks and create a more trauma-informed perspective.

Breathwork Classes

My public classes are a great way to connect and breathing in groups can be some of the most powerful and transformative somatic work.
